As a HGV Workshop Supervisor, you will manage a team of technicians, ensuring smooth workshop operations and high standards of work.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising a team of technicians in their day-to-day tasks.
- Scheduling maintenance and repair work, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Overseeing stock control, ensuring parts and equipment are readily available.
- Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and legal compliance within the workshop.
- Providing training and support to staff to maintain top-tier service quality.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in managing a workshop environment, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of HGV repair and maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
