SSSTS / Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent

Perm 60,000 - 70,000 plus benefits

Our client is looking to add an Infrastructure Site Agent on a large scale development on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. When completed, site will include a large volume of new housing, schools and commercial areas.

As theInfrastructure Site Agent you will report directly to the Infrastructure Project Manager, delivering a number of infrastructure packages. Significant infrastructure works are required including bridges, and the upgrade of roads connecting.

Infrastructure Site Agent

• Driving high performance from a team, ensures quality delivery is right first time
• Gathering information and involving team members to make effective and safe decisions
• Onboard with all H&S inspections, training, paperwork
• Checking drawings and specification for accuracy of works
• Coordinate with the team and contractors in the management of production activities and monitor progress
• Liaising with the contractors and management team involved in the project
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance

Infrastructure Site Agent Background

• Significant experience within a residential developer or main contractor delivering infrastructure
• Experience of delivering the following workflows:
  • Bulk earthworks
  • On & off site utilities
  • Highways
  • Structures; including bridge installations
  • Drainage
  • Site preparation; Ecology, archaeology

Infrastructure Site Agent Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related subject
• SSSTS
• CSCS card

Desirable

• CEng or IEng
• SMSTS
• TWC qualified and Experienced
• Lifting AP
• SEATS
