Our client has a vacancy for an Internal Sales and Customer Support Executive to provide a focus on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back up service for market-leading products. This role comes with a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy customer focused service environment such as telesales or customer service and if you have experience in a fishing environment or you enjoy fishing then even better!

The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back up service for products. You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires. It is therefore essential that you have technical knowledge of products and experience of dealing with customers either face-to-face, on the telephone and via email so you will need to be a confident and clear communicator in these areas.
