Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef

Creating a variety of high-quality dishes that wow guests
Supporting high-volume wedding services, catering for up to 180 guests
Bringing creativity and passion to menus, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring consistency in every dish
Helping to develop junior chefs and supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations
