My client is seeking a commercial and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator to join their dedicated team.About the Role:As an L&D Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning across their residential homes. You will deliver engaging and interactive training, support home-based coaching initiativees, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure their colleagues have the skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standard of care to their residents. Your contribution will directly impact the professional development of our teams and improve the quality of care they provid.Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate dynamic, interactive learning sessions that inspire and empower care staff.
- Deliver training using diverse methods, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning approaches.
- Create inclusive, collaborative learning environments that encourage critical thinking and skill mastery.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to reinforce learning and promote professional growth.
- Build supportive relationships with residential homes to understand their unique learning needs and improve care delivery.
- Support and mentor colleagues in coaching roles within residential homes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within residential homes.
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager and L&D team to design, develop, and implement tailored learning programs.
- Utilise instructional design expertise to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance learning and development strategies, ensuring measurable improvements.
- Implement coaching strategies.
- You must have a full clean driving licence and be happy to travel on average 4 days per week with regular overnight stays, travel required to Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, High Wycombe, and Oxfordshire.

- You must have experience as an L&D Advisor / Specialist who has managed the end-end L&D cycle, TNA, designing, developing, and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.
- You must hold a training qualification.
- You must have a full clean driving licence and be happy to travel on average 4 days per week with regular overnight stays.
