At Wild we are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known company looking for a Members Advisor

Working as a Members Advisor, you will be responsible maintaining the company's reputation for providing high level customer service.

Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries by either resolving them there and then or passing them on to the relevant team. You will resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and promptly. You will be promoting services, events along with providing information and benefits.

Data security, protection and confidentiality are a high of importance and you will report any breach or suspected breach of policies

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for enquires related to certifications and routes to membership
  • Understand products and services available to students, qualification holders and members
  • Work with colleagues from other relevant teams to deliver a first class service
  • Support students into membership in line with the membership growth and retention targets.
  • Ensure that individuals meet their regulatory requirements in line with the clients Byelaws and regulations.

Experience

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel, and in maintaining a complex database including Microsoft Dynamics
  • Organisational, planning and administrative skills
  • Able to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player
