Multi-Skilled Service Engineer

Location: based between Milton Keynes/North London/Colchester

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 PA DOE, with potential to earn up to £50,000 PA

Competent in maintaining and completing small works on security systems (Access, Intruder, CCTV & FIRE). Applicants with limited experience in one or more fields would be considered, although a level of competency is required to work independently in areas local to Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Essex and London . Need to be happy to develop, as keen to support professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in service, maintenance and installation of security systems.
• Work across various prestigious sites, including English heritage locations, high-profile residences, car dealerships and commercial properties.
• Operate nationally with a strong focus in East Anglia/Home Counties.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and support staff to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the industry.
• Competence across Access (ACT365, Paxton), Intruder (Texecom, Galaxy, Ajax), CCTV (Avigilon, Hikvision, Ava), and Fire (Apollo, Advanced, Hochiki, C-Tec) systems.
• Proven track record of hands-on experience, with qualifications highly desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer:

• Base salary of between £30 - £40K PA DOE
• Overtime for any hours worked over 40 offering opportunity to earn up to £50K PA (x1.5 of salary)
• On-call additional £200.00 per month (If scheduled on call one or more times in a month) (1 in every 4 weeks)

• Own vehicle (Van/Caddy) with option to use privately
