Key responsibilities of the Administrator will include but are not limited to:• Delivering a consistent first-class enquiry service for professional customers.• Receiving and responding to a high volume of applications and enquiries via multiple platforms, working towards team targets and goals as well as department standards.• Checking, verifying and processing application data and accurately recording on a CRM.• Requesting additional applicant information and providing customer support via telephone and email.• Ensuring that all applications and licences are appropriately vetted to prevent the progression of fraudulent applications.• Producing correspondence regarding the necessary status of the application.• Documenting processes to and test new system updates to ensure implementation upholds data accuracy and maintains controls.• Managing the updating of user records for new registrations, new admissions, readmissions and cessations.• Co-ordinating cross-department communications.
