Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings and telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records on the internal database.
  • Support Recruiters: Collaborate with recruitment consultants to meet client requirements.
