• Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screening: Conduct initial screenings and telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records on the internal database.
• Support Recruiters: Collaborate with recruitment consultants to meet client requirements.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a customer-facing role is a plus but not essential.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms is advantageous.
