EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to work closely with the sales team, in their office in Milton Keynes.

On Offer for Sales Administrator

  • Salary £23,000 - £25,000
  • Mon-Fri hours (37.5 hours)
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holiday's
  • Flexible working window between 8:00-6:00pm

Duties for Sales Administrator

  • Monitor incoming inquiries received by e-mail or telephone.
  • Direct inquires to the appropriate person or team within The Company.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to basic inquiries.
  • Check that all inquiries have been dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Willingly tackle a wide range of tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Working collaboratively within the company to ensure the customers needs are met.
  • Prepare and send out basic quotes to customers as requested.
  • Book in appointments for the Sales Team

Ideal Sales Administrator

  • At least 12 months experience in an office based role
  • Enjoys dealing with people and a strong communicator
  • Strong organisation and Time Management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Package
