EAC are representing a Market Leading Manufacturer who are on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is dealing with internal calls and you will be the first point of contact when calls come through.

If you have experience in dealing with quotes, pricing and are technically minded then this could be the role for you.

You must be able to drive due to the office being located just outside of Milton Keynes.

On Offer for the Sales Administrator:

  • Salary up to £30,000
  • Full Training & Development
  • Monday - Friday hours (8:30-5:00pm)
  • Free Parking

Duties for the Sales Administrator:

  • Receive new enquiries from customers by phone and email
  • Determine replacement parts required from customer enquiries
  • Compile and send quotations to customers for spare parts
  • Follow up on sent quotations by telephone and close sales
  • Send product brochure by email to sales leads
  • Contact consultants when we receive enquiries from contractors
  • Assist with marketing tasks such as website & sales brochure updates
  • Analyse enquiries to ensure that all companies and individuals are on CRM system
  • Hand over received client orders to the orders team
  • Cover booking in of orders when required
  • Handle any customer complaints quickly and fairly, following company policy
  • Assist Sales Engineers with sending standard (non-technical) quotations to customers
