Location: Milton Keynes - office based

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (3:30pm finish on Fridays)

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing front-line communications, coordinating incoming inquiries (via phone, email, and online chat), and assisting with various administrative tasks. The goal is to ensure smooth and efficient operations, contributing to excellent customer service and team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively and align with the company's culture.


Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and log all inquiries into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely project updates and maintain seamless communication.
  • Generate and provide customer quotes.
  • Ensure prompt, professional responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Direct inquiries to relevant team members, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Gain product knowledge through internal technical training to address customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
