EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for looking after a number of assigned business customers responding to their enquiries, receiving and processing their sales orders and providing any required additional customer service support.

As part of the Sales Team, you are someone who enjoys dealing with customers over the phone and has a natural flair with people and building relationships.

On Offer:

  • Salary £25,000
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

Duties:

  • The Sales Coordinator will receiving and respond to customer enquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Following up of all enquiries over a pre-determined value
  • Processing and acknowledging orders taken via phone, email, web portal onto SAP
  • Develop and support our customer base and achieve sales forecasts and budgets
  • Handling customer enquiries relating to product information, deliveries, or non-conformance issues
  • Liaising with our carriers regarding customer deliveries & Sending out sample requests
  • Develop an understanding of our product range and the applications they are used for
  • Working closely with all internal departments to achieve the best outcome for customer orders and requests
  • All Warm Accounts - Informing them of Promotional offers etc

  • Strong communication and Customer Service & Sales skills
  • Natural relationship builder who enjoys dealing with people over the phone
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and also to contribute as part of a team
  • Ability to get on well with a wide variety of people
  • Confident in dealing with people via email & over the phone
  • Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
