We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our client in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence to analyse CRM sales data, challenge existing processes, and introduce innovative ideas. Your insights will be crucial in optimising the sales processes, identifying trends, evaluating performance, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

What will you be doing?

  • Utilise your advanced analytical skills to examine sales data using tools such as HubSpot, Deal Hub, and Salesforce CRMs, identifying trends and forecasting sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations, including key performance indicators, to provide stakeholders with comprehensive insights into sales performance.
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources to support sales forecasting and territory planning.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create metrics to measure the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and integration across systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar analytical role within a demanding environment.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience working within a technical business is also advantageous.
