Sales Support Administrator

We have a great opportunity working as a Sales Support Administrator for my client based in Milton Keynes. The role is primarily focusing on supporting the Sales Manager, prepare documentation, liaise with suppliers and provide first class customer service

Position : Sales Support Administrator

Hours : 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)

Pay : 25,000 - 27,000 (dependent on experience )

Location : Tongwell, Milton Keynes

Role

  • Deal with all inbound sales enquires
  • Build relationships with customers and engineers
  • Support the Sales Team and Sales Manager with quotation documents for clients, scheduling meetings and shadow visits
  • Use your own initiative to prepare equipment for planned jobs within the day to help the engineers be efficient with their time
  • Check on the warehouse stock levels for regularly used parts

You will need the below to be considered

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Previous administration experience
  • Can pick up and understand processes and technical components quickly
  • Great communication skills are essential and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • You will need to be competent in using Word, Excel and using company systems.
  • Detail oriented and a quick learner
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise a busy workload to meet tight deadlines
