I currently have the pleasure of working with a fast-growing Installation company based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a proactive Scheduler to become a vital part of their team. This is an exciting period of growth and change and they are looking for someone who wants to grow and develop alongside them.

What your day will consist of:

  • The primary point of contact for existing customers, new enquires, engineers and customer requirements .
  • Schedule jobs for their field engineers.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety RAMS documentation is completed and submitted.
  • Order and maintain contact with supplier partners to ensure delivery dates for parts are adhered to.
  • Maintain the company's high standers while communicating with customer.

Requirements

  • Excellent administration, a keen eye for detail and good organisation skills
  • Use your own initiative and a fast learner
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Confident in communicating with customers and engineers
  • Can work within a fast passed environment
  • Have a can-do attitude

Experience :

  • Customer service
  • Administration
  • Previous Scheduler experience (desirable)

Location : Milton Keynes

Shift : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
