About the Role:As the Senior Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling relational fundraising activities, with a focus on high-value donor streams including Trusts and Foundations, Philanthropy, and Legacies. Your strategic vision and innovative approach will drive income growth to exceed £10 million within three years, ensuring sustainable and scalable fundraising models.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home with just one day per week in the Milton Keynes office.

Senior Fundraising Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow income from high-value donors, ensuring alignment with the charity's mission and goals.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver innovative campaigns to engage donors, with a focus on legacy giving and philanthropic partnerships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and foundations, ensuring tailored donor experiences.
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate fundraising efforts and share best practices.
  • Champion creative storytelling to inspire donors and communicate the charity's impact effectively.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior fundraising role, with a strong track record of generating £10M+ income from high-value donor streams.
  • Expertise in philanthropy, trusts and foundations, and legacy fundraising, with a global perspective.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors.
  • A commitment to the charity's values and mission, with the ability to integrate faith into your work (active Christian faith is essential for this role).
