As a Standards Support Advisor, you will be an excellent communicator who is used to working with/supporting other departments and teams across a business. You will be supporting the regulatory team with the management of applications and enquiries and will provide excellent customer service.

  • Supporting with the management of applications and dealing with enquiries
  • Documenting and recording modifications to regulated firms for billing, licensing and registration purposes
  • Managing changes submitted through the firm’s annual return
  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email through to their conclusion

Key skills and experience required for a Standards Support Advisor

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Experience with handling enquiries via the phone and email
  • Proven experience maintaining accurate records
  • Experience as an advisor providing guidance and solutions to queries
