Were looking for a skilled Technology Trainer to join our team, reporting to the CTO via the Enterprise Systems Programme Manager. The role will involve delivering training on the Groups strategic technology platforms, covering operations, HR, and finance, to end-user employees. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding for new companies joining the Group, as well as providing ongoing training to new employees joining companies already using these platforms.

Youll work closely with Change Managers, HR, and external partners to deliver group training during onboarding, as well as individual training for new joiners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in technical training who thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary of £38,000 £45,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with an additional day off for your birthday.

Key responsibilities:

Youll ensure we have a comprehensive stock of training materials, including online modules, quick reference guides, and other resources, to support ongoing training efforts across the Group
Youll be responsible for configuring and maintaining training environments that accurately reflect the live system, ensuring they contain sufficient, cleansed, and anonymised data for effective training
Collaborate with Change Managers to design training plans that meet the needs of new companies joining the Group, ensuring theyre equipped to effectively use the Groups technology platforms from day one
Deliver group training sessions as part of new company onboarding, working alongside external partners when required to ensure a smooth transition for all users
Work closely with HR to identify new starters and prepare individual training sessions that are tailored to the role of each new employee, ensuring theyre fully equipped to use the systems from the start

Experience required:

Youll have experience in delivering technical training, both in-person and remotely, ensuring that users across the organisation are confident and competent in using technology platforms
Experience in developing and maintaining a variety of training materials, including online modules and quick reference guides, that can be easily accessed and understood by users with varying levels of technical ability
Proven ability to work collaboratively with system SMEs, HR teams, and external partners to design and deliver training that meets the needs of different user groups across the business
Strong communication and feedback skills, with the ability to continuously review and improve training materials based on user feedback and insights from the technology support team
