An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Physiologist to join a leading Healthcare Company. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As a Wellbeing Physiologist, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Wellbeing to assist the Physiologists and enhance the Wellbeing service, ensuring that both business and client objectives are met effectively.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support wellbeing data reporting, providing case studies and testimonials to enhance ongoing activities.
  • Deliver on-site and remote health screenings, health coaching, and physiologist-led events.
  • Use Management Information, KPI reports, and Satisfaction Surveys to raise the profile of services and ensure client requirements are met.
  • Empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
  • Build relationships with clinical teams and key staff within HP and client organisations to address clinical challenges and deliver high-quality services.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of clinical equipment and maintain necessary medical consumables.
  • Design and implement Health Promotion programmes based on client priorities.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Physiologist, Occupational Health Physiologist, Wellbeing Physiologist, Exercise physiologist or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in a sports, medical, health, wellbeing, or fitness environment.
  • Academic background in subjects such as human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology, or nutrition.
  • Must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Sports Science/Health Science/Exercise Physiology/Sports Therapy.
  • Masters Degree in Sports Sciences.
  • Skilled in motivational interviewing and using evidence-based interventions to manage lifestyle-induced diseases.

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday: Between 8:30am - 5:00pm.
