Workshop Assistant
- The successful candidate would ideally be able to use power tools and hand tools competently or at least have a basic knowledge including the safety precautions required when using power or hand tools
- Full training/guidance will be given, a willingness to learn and listen is essential.
- The successful candidate would be required to help in all departments i.e., machine shop, spray shop and with the cabinet makers
- Role will also require some van driving, making collections and deliveries as well as assist with installation's
- Experience of driving a Luton van or similar size would be an advantage
- The position is varied and physical so candidates need to be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own using their own initiative
- Physically fit, punctual with a willing to learn from all the different departments.
Hours
7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay
30,000 - 35,000.
