Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Faculty staff, ensuring excellence in educational provision.
• Set and maintain high standards of progress, attainment, and teaching.
• Support Subject Leaders and their teams to achieve whole school targets.
• Model effective teaching practices and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Headteacher and SLT to raise aspirations and student outcomes.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation.
• Foster a positive team ethos aligned with our school’s vision.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher of Humanities (essential)
• Leadership experience (preferred)
