HSE Manager - Night shift
Contract Duration: Sept 30th - Nov 7th
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: 450 a day all in
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations on-site during night shifts.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure the well-being of all site personnel.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on HSE protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Investigate any incidents or near misses, report findings, and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure the site meets legal and regulatory safety requirements, as well as client-specific health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other key stakeholders to drive a strong HSE culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in construction, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
- Relevant qualifications, such as NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH membership, or equivalent certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholders.
