Are you a skilled HSE Manager with experience in construction within manufacturing? I have an exciting contract as a HSE Manager working nights is available in Milton Keynes from Sept 30th to Nov 7th.

HSE Manager - Night shift
Contract Duration: Sept 30th - Nov 7th
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: 450 a day all in

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations on-site during night shifts.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure the well-being of all site personnel.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on HSE protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Investigate any incidents or near misses, report findings, and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Ensure the site meets legal and regulatory safety requirements, as well as client-specific health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other key stakeholders to drive a strong HSE culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HSE Manager in construction, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH membership, or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholders.
