They have established themselves at the forefront of the market and are now poised to capitalise on that as they drive forward with their strategic business plan. Due to this ongoing growth and demand they are looking to bring in a Health and Safety Manager to help drive a health and safety culture within the businessIn this role, you will be based from home but will be expected to travel to project sites across the UK, as well as attending the Milton Keynes office once a week. You will be responsible for providing health and safety expertise across the business and embedding a culture of HSE within the organisation. You will lead a small team, mentoring a junior member of staff, to develop HSE strategies, ensuring industry standards are met, and investigating any non compliance or incidents.
