  The Role:

As Hygiene Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the night shift hygiene operation and ensuring exceptional food safety and cleanliness standards. Reporting into the Site Technical & Operations team, you’ll manage three direct reports (Hygiene Team Leaders) and work to:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a long-service team to consistently deliver great hygiene standards.
  • Ensure audit readiness, compliance with BRC, HACCP, and retailer standards.
  • Proactively drive improvements in hygiene performance and processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to embed a strong hygiene culture across the factory.
  What We’re Looking For:
  • Hygiene management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and people skills – experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to drive improvements in hygiene standards and performance.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with experience in audit preparation and compliance.
