Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning and development while working closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation, delivery, and student support.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping with both academic and social development.
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN) by adapting activities and resources to meet their individual needs.
  • Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and support as needed.
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
  • Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting (preferred).
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed in their education.
