Job Description:
Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Stylist to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role involves assisting customers by introducing the powerful features of the hair care products, styling different types of hair, and demonstrating the correct product for their hair type. You will also assist the wider store team in demonstrating a range of other products, providing an authentic and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by introducing and demonstrating hair care products.
- Style different types of hair and recommend the correct product for each hair type.
- Support the wider store team in demonstrating other products.
- Provide an authentic and premium customer experience.
- Develop and drive sales aligned with business plans and targets.
- Build relationships with the in-store team and provide support throughout the day.
- Experience in styling hair and providing good customer service.
- Past retail experience is desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about new hair care technology.
- Ability to engage with customers and recommend the best product for their hair type.
- Ambitious spirit to ensure growth within the store.
- Excellent communication skills and a real passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.
