Training Administrator Milton Keynes Permanent £23,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join their busy Education and Training department. This position offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional development and growth within a friendly and supportive environment. As a Training Administrator you will provide support in the development and maintenance of the external partner programmes and for professional education providers.

Your responsibilities as a Training Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the team in the administration of the partner scheme.
  • Raising and processing Purchase Orders.
  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes.
  • Liaising with the student support teams to resolve queries.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the necessary files and folders, ensuring all programme details are captured accurately and contacts are kept up to date.
  • Maintaining areas of the website that promote partnerships and providers, ensuring links are live and showing the most up to date information on courses offered.
  • Administering the annual declaration process for all providers and partners.
  • Supporting the team with events, including the annual conferences.

To be a successful Training Administrator you must have:

  • Knowledge of University and Professional Education sectors would be beneficial.
  • A confident, hardworking attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport.
  • Experience of stakeholder management is desirable.
  • Organisational skills with a willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Experience of using MS Office, including Excel.
