We are looking for a Early Careers Manager to collaborate closely with our Student Attraction and Marketing team and the Business Development Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in forging valuable connections with Early Careers and recruitment teams within ICAEW Authorised Training Employers.

Role Profile

The main purpose of this role is to engage with, nurture and develop relationships with ICAEW employers (notably, Authorised Training Employers) as an Early Careers specialist to maximise success in the recruitment and retention of ICAEW students with our ATE's.

Understanding the Early Careers Landscape is crucial to success in this role, feeding into the strategy for supporting employers and developing the marketing to support our ATE's.

Responsibilities include:* Working with the Head of Student Attraction and Marketing, develop a strategy for how to approach and engage with ICAEW Authorised Training Employer (ATE's) and their Early Careers and/or recruitment teams.

* Deliver a strategy that positions ICAEW as an authority on Early Careers, to include, but not limited to, representing ICAEW at events, speaking on behalf of the institute to demonstrate our leadership in the Early Careers recruitment market, including giving presentations and contributing to panel discussions.

* Set, and report upon Key Performance Indicators that will provide analysis of activity, including indicators of how to grow and develop this role.

* Working closely with colleagues within Student Attraction and Marketing (notably Senior Marketing Manager, Student Attraction and Senior Marketing Manager, Employers) to ensure all marketing and communications are seamless in terms of the strategy, student journey, content and delivery.

* Working with the Student Attraction and Employer marketing teams, raise the profile of all the routes into the profession (e.g. ACA, CFAB, BFP, L4 & L7 Apprenticeship and our relevant products), mainly through ICAEW Authorised Training Employers (although not limited to just this route) to students in support of recruitment and engagement with potential students.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:* Solid experience in marketing planning/strategy and delivering multi-channel campaigns is essential, including evaluating, optimising and reporting.* Excellent presentation skills. * Excellent project management and time management skills including budget management.* Strong communication skills including a high standard of written English and the ability to write creatively and proofread. * Ability to travel to events (UK).
