We are looking to recruit a Group Director of Reward. This is your chance to jointhe largest and most successful estate agency network and property services provider in the UK, founded in 1936 and with a network of over 1,200 branches nationwide!

What You Can Expect

  • Location - Milton Keynes

Main Responsibilities as a Group Director of Reward

  • Manage a small team of around 3 (senior, analyst and pensions specialist)
  • Develop and execute the overall reward strategy.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and People teams across the business to ensure that reward practices are aligned with the Group’s objectives.
  • Devise the renumeration strategy.
  • Oversee the annual pay review and bonus process.

Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of national minimum wage and commissions is a must
  • Experience preparing and presenting Remco papers and proposals
  • Worked in a complex/multibrand organisation
  • Experience having Designed total reward strategy
  • Team management or leadership
  • CIPD qualified (great to have but not essential)
