We are looking to recruit a Group Director of Reward. This is your chance to jointhe largest and most successful estate agency network and property services provider in the UK, founded in 1936 and with a network of over 1,200 branches nationwide!
What You Can Expect
- Location - Milton Keynes
- Work Type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Group Director of Reward
- Manage a small team of around 3 (senior, analyst and pensions specialist)
- Develop and execute the overall reward strategy.
- Work closely with senior leadership and People teams across the business to ensure that reward practices are aligned with the Group’s objectives.
- Devise the renumeration strategy.
- Oversee the annual pay review and bonus process.
Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Knowledge of national minimum wage and commissions is a must
- Experience preparing and presenting Remco papers and proposals
- Worked in a complex/multibrand organisation
- Experience having Designed total reward strategy
- Team management or leadership
- CIPD qualified (great to have but not essential)
