Are you an experienced HR Implementation Manager with a background in Rail or Construction, looking for your next long-term contract?

As a HR Implementation manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring interim resources are effectively allocated across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will need HR / contracts experience along with procurement and good project management skills.

Requirements for an HR Implementation Manager

Ability to analyse data for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Strong business management and commercial skills with excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities, including experience of measuring and demonstrating return on investment.

Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to deliver results both in-person and virtual teams, focusing on time, cost, and quality and value for money with a Project Management role.

You will have the ability to work independently and turn ideas into practical solutions.

Good attention to detail, professional approach, can do attitude and proven track record of delivering on time high quality solutions to meeting customer expectations.

Essential

Previous Project Management experience.

Change management.
Commercial & business skills i.e., ability to demonstrate value for money and both financial and non-financial benefits of projects and initiatives along with analysing data and providing reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
