Are you an experienced HR Adviser/Manager looking to start an assignment immediately?

Ford & Stanley are working with a large rail maintenance and overhaul company to assist with the recruitment of an HR Manager to step in for an initial 3 month contract starting as soon as possible.

As HR Manager you will be acting as the main point of contact for any employment law queries and overseeing generalist issues that may arise. 

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Manager/Senior Adviser within a manufacturing environment, however the environment isn't essential.

Candidates will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified however this isn't essential, a general well rounded HR Manager would be great for this.

The position is to cover sickness for an initial 3 month period however could have scope beyond this.
