HR ManagerMilton KeynesMaternity Cover for 12 monthsHybrid, Monday - Friday£40k-£50kWe are looking for a HR Business Partner who can help in the general day to day running of the office, along with supporting the HR department in employee engagement and hiring of new staff within a company who are all about achieving a greater energy independence. Key Responsibilities for a HR Manager:
- Internal Recruitment, sourcing talent to fill internal vacancies.
- Making sure all onboarding, IT and training programs are in place for any new starters.
- Processing of payroll on a monthly basis.
- Supporting in projects within the business.
- Dealing with general office enquiries from finance support, purchase orders, travel, to catering as the Office Manager.
- Commuting with the external members of staff.
Key Requirements for a HR Manager:
- Level 5 CIPD Qualified or Level 3 CIPD with 5 years+ experience.
- Has internal recruitment experience.
- Can manage a busy workload to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
