Quest Search & Selection are currently partnering with a global supplier and retailer with a global client base.

This global operation focus on souvenir & general merchandise and offer the complete end-to-end solution for all customised requirements. As a HR Operations Manager you will play a key part to oversee and optimise the entire employee lifecycle with a focus of HR system & metrics .

The roles & responsibilities of this HR Operations Manager role -

  • Oversee and optimise the entire employee lifecycle and particular focus on employee onboarding.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights that guide decision-making and enhance team performance.
  • Manage and enhance HR systems, including Wrike & HiBob.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
  • To look at strategic projects about automating manual HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • While this is an independent role, will collaborate closely with the global HR team and the VP of HR.
  • Deal with top-line ER and HR contract matters within the UK head office (currently circa 100 staff members).
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure people operations are aligned with the company's objectives.

To be successful in thisHR Operations Manager -

  • Ideally having 3-6 years of experience in people operations or HR roles, ideally in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Ideally working as an Analyst, HR Ops, Data or People processing role.
  • Expertise in HR systems, particularly Wrike, HiBob (though other HRIS will of course be considered).
  • Ideally operate or have experience in an Operational, analytical, MI reporting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Having strong Microsoft Office skillset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work in a global team.
  • Process focused with strong analytical & logical skillset with the ability to use people analytics to direct strategy.
