People Services Hub Manager - Fixed Term until July 2026The People Services Hub Manager will lead the HR support and administration teams, delivering a colleague-centric service for all staff. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role involves managing first-line people support, enhancing team performance, and driving service efficiency through process improvement, technology use, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop Team Managers, fostering a skilled and engaged team.
  • Oversee daily service delivery to meet SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and minimise absence/attrition.
  • Collaborate on process documentation and HR system updates with People Hub and Stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, ensuring balanced risk management.
  • Promote user-centric service delivery and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity in line with GDPR standards and support performance analysis.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing HR Shared Services or Operational teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Skilled in performance management, resource planning, and service optimisation.
  • Proficient in process design with a focus on automation and self-service.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data for continuous improvement.
