HR Advisor - Hospitality  - Milton Keynes - Up to £38,000 About the Company We’re on the lookout for a HR Advisor to join a fantastic business! Our client is a well-known, award-winning hospitality company with an excellent reputation and fantastic people culture. They are looking for an experienced HR professional with experience in employee relations. The successful candidate will support the HR team by delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service through providing effective support, advice and guidance to colleagues and managers across a variety of matters including ER, policy, process, recruitment and project delivery. If you have proven HR advisory experience within hospitality, leisure or retail and you're looking to be part of something truly exciting then this could be the job for you! HR Advisor – The Rewards

HR Advisor – Requirements & Responsibilities  
  • MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY, RETAIL OR LEISURE EXPERIENCE
  • Providing advice, guidance and support on all ER related matters
  • Managing formal ER processes across the business
  • Involved in reviewing and having creative input into redesigning processes and procedures
  • Will have excellent communication skills
  • Supporting managers with various meetings including long term sickness, disciplinaries, note taking etc.
  • Support management at all levels with Employee Relations cases
  • A focus on building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues
  • Previous experience of coaching and influencing managers
  • A positive attitude and approach is a must!
