About the RoleConcept-IT are delighted to be working with a growing Tech organisation who are looking for an HR Advisor to support their business in key areas of employee relations, policy development, and HR process improvement. You will work closely with managers, providing expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues, while also playing a role in change management and enhancing employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- HR Case Work - Handling employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, performance management).
- Manager Support - Coaching and advising managers on HR policies and best practices.
- Recruitment Support - Assisting with interviews, inductions, and exit processes.
- Policy & Process Development - Contributing to the creation and improvement of HR policies.
- Change Management - Supporting effective communication and implementation of change initiatives.
- Office Presence - Willingness to travel and work from their offices as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Tech or FMCG industry (essential).
- Proven HR ER casework expertise.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy & attention to detail.
- Passionate about employee experience & customer service.
- CIPD qualified or working towards.
