- Providing advice, guidance and support on all ER related matters
- Managing formal ER processes across the business
- Involved in reviewing and having creative input into redesigning processes and procedures
- Will have excellent communication skills
- Supporting managers with various meetings including long term sickness, disciplinaries, note taking etc.
- Support management at all levels with Employee Relations cases
- A focus on building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues
- Previous experience of coaching and influencing managers
- A positive attitude and approach is a must!
