We're Hiring: HR Business Partner | Tech/FMCG | Hybrid | Travel Required

Salary: c£50,000 plus benefits

About the Role:

In this key role, you'll:

  • Provide expert support on HR casework (disciplinary, grievance, etc.)
  • Guide and coach managers on HR policies and best practices
  • Play an active role in interviews, inductions, and exit processes
  • Contribute to policy and process development
  • Support and lead on change initiatives
  • Deliver a great experience to our people through excellent HR service

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in Tech or FMCG environments
  • Solid ER/HR advisory experience
  • Change management awareness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and highly organised
  • A team player with a self-starter attitude
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
