Our client is a forward-thinking, multiple award-winning technology business.

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our client and support a project to cleanse their HR database. You will potentially then offer support with generalist HR duties, ensuring smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Database Cleansing: Assist in the thorough review and cleansing of the HR database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generalist HR Duties/Employee Lifecycle: After completion of the project, you are likely to support all stages of the employee lifecycle and BAU HR duties, including recruitment, contract administration, onboarding, development, benefits coordination, employee relations, retention and exit.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a HR generalist roles.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases with impeccable attention to detail.
