We are looking for a highly motivated Dynamics CRM / 365 Business Analyst to join a Dynamics focused Microsoft partner.This consultancy are well established in the D365 CE and Power Platform market and are moving to employee owned in the near future which will bring added benefits to their employees!Our client is looking for a D365 CE Business Analyst to join their team and play a vital role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and consultants to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring that their D365 implementations are tailored to meet customer needs.Essential Skills and Experience* 5+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst within an IT consultancy or similar environment* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365* Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design* Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and implementation frameworks* Experience working on D365 implementation projects, including configuration and testing* Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL is advantageous* Familiarity with integration tools and techniques within the D365 ecosystem.Main Duties and Responsibilities* Work closely with customers to understand business processes, identify challenges, and define functional requirements* Translate business needs into clear, detailed documentation including user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications* Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective D365 solutions that meet business needs* Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and D365 capabilities, recommending best-fit solutions* Configure and customise D365 applications where necessary to align with business requirements* Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on D365 functionality* Support system testing, UAT, and training activities to ensure successful implementation and user adoption* Act as a key liaison between customers, project teams, and support teams to ensure seamlesscommunication and issue resolution* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of D365 capabilities and industry best practices to advisecustomers on optimal solutions* Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.This role will be fully remote based with some travel to customer site.Sponsorship will not be available for this role and you will need to be UK based with a permanent right to work in the UK.We are interviewing currently so apply now for immediate consideration for the Dynamics 365 Business Analyst position or contact Stuart Barnes at ITSS Recruitment for further information.
