Working for a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) that specialises in delivering high-quality IT support and cloud solutions to a wide range of clients across the UK, you will be responsiblefor providing 2nd line support, both remotelyand on-site.
Other Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Assist with setting up new client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Respond to technical issues within SLAs and escalate complex problems as necessary.
- Proven experiencein IT Supportwithin an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritisetasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
