- Proven work experience as a Customer Success or Technical Support Manager, or in a similar customer care-oriented/sales-oriented role.
- Experience with client onboarding is a bonus!
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid technical skills
- Ability to think creatively and engage with senior management
- Proactive, positive personality with great ideas
- Excellent people skills and an active listener (crucial)
