My client is looking for X2 Helpdesk Administrators to join their growing team located in the heart of Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with clear progression routes.

If you are driven with great communication skills and a willingness to achieve high customer satisfaction levels, then this could be the ideal role for you

Details of this Helpdesk Administrator position include:

  • Liaising with clients via email and telephone correspondence.
  • Updating clients on the progress of their orders.
  • Support the Sales Order team with updating customers on the progress of their invoices.
  • Liaising with the Order Management team regarding stock levels.
  • Support with raising Pos.
  • Support with preparing invoices.
  • Accurately logging calls from customers on the system.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:

  • Solid administration experience.
  • Sales administration experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Organised and methodical.
