- Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics applications, including Dynamics 365, AX, and CRM.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly to minimise downtime and disruption.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with SQL, NAV or Business Central and Azure is highly advantageous.
