We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support, resolving IT issues and queries efficiently for internal users. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software problems, managing tickets, and escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
