Service Desk Technician

A well-established healthcare service provider in Milton Keynes is expanding its IT team and seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join on a 12-month contract. You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team dedicated to assisting users with a variety of needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st/2nd line IT support to end users.
- Resolve hardware and software issues.
- Utilize Office 365 for troubleshooting and user support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Service Desk roles.
- Strong background in 1st/2nd line support.
- Proficiency with Office 365 suite.
