Responsibilities:
- Deliver 3rd line technical support for Windows Server Technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Firewalls.
- Engage in project work related to Hyper-V, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing or supporting projects.
- Familiarity with SLAs and meeting customer and contract requirements.
- Knowledge of Office 365, VMWare, and Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
