Working with a well-established Technology business just outside of Milton Keynes. They have just acquired another business and need to expand the Service Desk team to meet the new demand. As part of a global Service Desk, you will be looking after users across many countries and working closely with the US Team. Can you support users on a 1st line basis with a strong customer service, follows SLA’s and know when to escalate tickets?

Responsibilities:As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will…

  • First point of contact for all IT related issues both inbound and outbound.
  • Document & log issues using internal ticketing system.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve issues within service levels, and escalate when needed
  • Create knowledge base articles for the wider team.

Requirements:As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will need…

  • At least 2 years’ experience within IT Support both in person and over the phone
  • Experience troubleshooting within a Windows based environment
  • High level of customer service and strong written and verbal communication
  • Efficient time management and multitasking skills
